The After-Repair Value (ARV) Loan Program at Graze Financial is designed to give investors the flexibility and funding needed to maximize profits on rehab projects. We offer financing of up to 95% of the purchase price and up to 100% of renovation costs, with the total loan amount not exceeding 75% of the property’s after-repair value (ARV).
Unlike many lenders, Graze Financial only charges interest on the funds you actually draw, not on the rehab holdback. This means you never pay for money you’re not using — helping you reduce costs and increase returns.
